BUILDING AN EFFICIENT ENVIRONMENT FROM THE GROUND UP

Members of your modern day workforce are struggling silently with stress. A recent survey showed at least 54% of the US workforce was experiencing stress, leading to problems with physical and mental health, work performance, clarity, and safety.

Stressful environments grow from many roots, including tight deadlines or budgets, or expectations which increase the pressure workers feel to move faster, as if a tiger is chasing you. These environments can become confrontational as people protect their positions and react irrationally without the skills to handle stressors.

Most people are not aware of the impact stress has on their body, mind and environment - but when we provide tools to reduce stress, the environment will change for the better. RIVTAS provides these tools and empowers you and your workforce through information, experience and feedback.

Sandy Singh is the founder and lead advisor at RIVTAS. Sandy is certified in BHN (Biofeedback, HRV and Neurofeedback), and her main research interest is improving working environments by reducing stress through simple, effective and powerful tools.Sandy spent over 20 years in the US construction industry, including time as a steel subcontractor and a general contractor. Sandy has come to understand the high stress levels that can build up in any environment. In many industries, stress can be seen as acceptable - even a badge of honor. Sandy wanted to change this, and now combines her experience with researching and studying components of stress on the human body, work environments, and work performance.

I consider myself lucky to have been able to receive this guidance in my twenties.

I have been on dialysis for about 8 years, and through the tools that she provided, I am able to gain new perspective when going to treatments. They have helped me gain more understanding what my "energy field" is and how I have the ability to affect it.
